Julie Wythes, Joyce Boland and Gwen Hayden defeated Cierwen Jones, Therese Carroll and Jenny Middleton 20-13. Leanne Stevenson and Christine Pickard defeated Kris Cann and Betty Jenkins 13-22.
Dianne Mooney and Kathy Nelson defeated Sharon Wynn and Maureen Bart 20-14.
