Women’s Bowls

Semi Finals of the Major Singles were played on Tuesday 9 June. Di Mooney de­feated Jeanette Wheeldon 25-11.

Two games of Major Pairs were also played. Jenny Middleton and Deanna No­ble defeated Sandy McDonald and Chris­tine Pickard 18-8. Kathy Nelson and Libby Balcombe defeated Kris Cann and Kayleen Doyle 22-16.

One Social game was played. Sharon Wynn, Cierwen Jones and Julie Wythes defeated Joyce Boland, Sue Slattery and Therese Carroll 18-16.
