I would like to congratulate all the members of the knitting group. On Thursday 26 March we sent 10 wraps to Orange.
Combined with the 16 sent last month, this makes 26 wraps for the first 3 months of this year.
Look out – we are on our way to 100 for 2026! I wonder if we can keep up this pace?I would also like to thank those ladies who are not attending our meetings but are sending in squares.They are greatly appreciated.
Thanks to those who helped me find my misplaced car keys. I must be getting old to make such a silly event. Thanks to Tommy for his help and for the delicious lunch, which we all enjoyed.
Our rugs consist of 28 squares that are each 10cm x 10cm. If any knitters would like to join us, we meet on the fourth Thursday of each month from 10am-12pm followed by lunch if you wish to stay an extra hour. We also have wool for you to use if you cannot afford to buy your own.
