Be Seen @ Moyne St Patricks Day Celebrations

25 March, 2026 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Last week Moyne residents had a wonderful time celebrating St Patrick’s Day with St Patrick’s Day bingo in the morning and then a St Patrick’s Day Happy Hour in the afternoon. There was dancing, singing along to Irish songs, plenty of jokes and stories and a cold beverage or two along with many laughs. Everyone loves getting involved in cultural events and special occasions at Moyne and many on the day dressed up in green.

Moyne’s next dress up day will be an “Opposites Day” where everyone is encouraged to dress up as something they are usually not. This will go along with Harmony Week which will celebrate people of different cultures.

Janet Renshaw and Melissa Delaney, Lifestyle Services Coordinator.
