Well done Everyone! We had 84 wraps of our last meeting with 11 more to be sewn up and labels sewn on. This brings the total for 2025 to 95. We did not reach the hundred we aimed for, but it was a mighty effort. Better luck next year.
We had a very enjoyable last meeting for this year, with Mary relating many of her adventures into inland Australia. Welcome home Mary.
We also welcomed Deborah who has just settled in Canowindra and wanted to join in a form of craft. I think her keenness will be a great addition to our group.
We will take a break now until the fourth Thursday in February 2026. On behalf of everyone in the group, I give a big thank you to Tommy Jeffs for looking after us this year and especially congratulations and thanks for the wonderful Christmas lunch we enjoyed at the end of our last meeting.
If anyone wants to start knitting for the Wrap with Love organisation you need to knit 10 inch squares in 8 ply Acrylic wool.
We can arrange to have them sewn together if you cannot do it yourself.
I hope we can encourage you to join us next year and you will bring a few warm wraps to many around the world who need them.
Happy Christmas Everyone
Best wishes,
Nina Kallas
