Canowindra was abuzz recently with the arrival of the Solos Caravan and Motorhome Group, as more than 250 solo travellers rolled into town for a fun-filled stay. The group enjoyed everything Canowindra has to offer — from boutique shopping and local dining to the town’s many unique tourist attractions.
During their visit, the soloists followed a full and varied schedule, with highlights including visits to Tommy Jeffs’ Montrose House, a lively dress-up dinner at the Canowindra Services Club, and plenty of exploring through the town’s boutique and general stores.
The group’s time in Canowindra was not only socially enriching but also economically significant — with visitors spending an impressive $102,000 locally. The Canowindra community has expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Solos group for their support and enthusiasm.
