Canowindra Men’s Golf Open

22 October, 2025 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

The Canowindra golf course was in excellent condition for the Men’s Golf Open last Sunday.

A fantastic turnout of 33 golfers hit the Canowindra Golf Course on Sunday 19 October for the annual Men’s Golf Open. The course was in excellent condition thanks to the dedicated efforts of our volunteers, and the weather held up beautifully for a great day of golf.

The event featured 27 holes, proudly sponsored by a number of generous local businesses: Canowindra Produce, Total Ag Solutions, Conway Rural, Earsmans Concrete, SYNERCON, and Don and Rhonda Ward. Without their support, this successful day wouldn’t have been possible.

A special thank you to Helen and Karl for managing the scorecards, and to our BBQ crew, Jimmy and Helen Mac for keeping everyone well fed throughout the day.
