Great Tunes In Cowra This Long Weekend

1 October, 2025 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Aria award winners Budjerah will perform at Cowra’s Bell Beats festival.

A new free music festival is set to entice people to visit Cowra this long weekend. With children welcome, families will love the atmosphere at the inaugural Bell Beats music and arts festival, set to bring Cowra’s town centre to life with live music performances, creative arts and local food and wine on Saturday 4 October. A nod to Cowra’s World Peace Bell in the Civic Square, the event will celebrate Cowra’s history, culture and booming creative arts community.

The Bell Beats Festival will feature a dynamic program of nationally recognised performers such as Aria Award winner Budjerah, local musicians, artists, and a creative arts precinct featuring ephemeral art installations, video projections and artmaking workshops. The event will also include family-friendly entertainment and local food and wine.

Bell Beats is a free festival but please register to attend. For more information go to www.bellbeats.com and www.visitcowra.com.au.
