Aged Care Information Session Today: Canowindra Connections Centre is hosting Lesley Bryce, Founder of Bell Cares and Brad Grieve from Mable for a morning tea on Thursday 14 August at 10am to chat about community aged care. Lesley appeared on Landline in 2022 for her work in setting up home care services in the town of Bell in Queensland. The community model of aged care home services matches local workers through the Mable online platform with local residents seeking help in the home. Connections Centre is working to become a face to face hub that assists people with navigating the My Aged Care system. Head along, have a cuppa and find out more about ageing well in your home.
