Four Games of Major Singles were played on Tuesday 17 June:
• Deanna Noble defeated Libby Balcombe 25- 13
• Jenny Middleton defeated Jeanette Wheeldon 25-14,
• Christine Pickard defeated Gwen Haydon 25-19
• Dianne Mooney defeated Liz Thornberry 25-21
One Social Game was also played: Moyna Rue, Joyce Boland, Pauline Carpenter and Kris Cann defeated Cierwen Jones playing two positions, Kathy Nelson and Joice McNaught 17-16.
Next Tuesday will be the Annual General Meeting, so please, all ladies members are encouraged to attend.
