The Canowindra pennants teams didn’t have good away games, with the 5’s going down 10 points to 0 and the 7’s going down 9 points to 1. All players tried hard throughout the games.
We had several players unavailable and team selections had to be changed at the last minute.
This week the 5’s play at home against Parkes Town at 11am. The 7’s have a bye and a social game between all players is organised for 11am Sunday. Teams are to be organised on the day with available players, all welcome.
Social bowls are going well with all player shaving fun and enjoying the game. Don’t forget Friday twilight bowls and Thursday bowls.
This week the club has a social event with live music on Saturday evening from 6pm. Badge draws this week are Wednesday $300, Friday $ 900 and Sunday $150.
