In the semifinals of the Major fours Teddy, Barney, Marc, Brad were too good for Crowey, Tony, Ben, Greg on which could be described as a slow track. The final score 20/15.
Ben and Crock played the semifinal of the consistency single on Sunday with Ben going on to win 155/135.
The final of both the consistency final and Major fours final will be on 1st December.
This weekend we have a mufti social bowls and BBQ on Sunday commencing at 12pm, all welcome.
Friday twilight bowls were again well supported and a great social evening. Thursday had good attendance with the jackpot not won, head along this Thursday at 2pm to go around again. Badge draws this week Wednesday $400, Friday $300 and Sunday $250. Try a night on 2nd November, don’t forget to book a table.
On Melbourne Cup day, Tuesday 5th November, the club will open at 10am with platters commencing at 1pm, happy punting.
