Country Arts Support Program Closing Soon: Applications close next week for Arts OutWest’s Country Arts Support Program (CASP), a small annual funding round supporting arts activities in the NSW Central West. CASP funds the payment of artists and arts workers to create or work on arts activities. Grants of up to $3,000 are available. Applications close at 5pm on Thursday 17 October 2024. Salvos Need Volunteers In NSW Ahead Of Natural Disaster Season: The Salvation Army Emergency Services (SAES) are calling on the community to sign up and become a Salvos volunteer, helping them to support thousands of first responders and survivors of natural disasters each year.

In Memoriam: Ben Marshall, formerly of Canowindra passed away peacefully on 25th September 2024. Ben worked for Wright Heaton and Tom Davidson’s Machinery.

Rosnay Art Exhibition: Last Saturday saw the opening of the latest exhibition at Rosnay Cellar Door, “20 Years Exploring Diversity” featuring works from Christine Lanham. Christine has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, Archaeology, Australian Literature, and Dip . Ed, and she is a wonderful a painter, sculptor, and member of the Rogue Sculptors. The exhibition will run until 30th October.
