Canowindra, juniors played the Warriors sudden death semi-final last Sunday and unfortunately, they are out of the competition going down 24-14. The Tigers had their opportunities but made to many mistakes in attacking situations and left their opposition of the hook. It was a gallant effort from the young boys. They can use this as a learning experience for the next season to come. Thank you to their coach Jamie friend and his coaching team for his efforts this season and thank you to the sponsors of the junior Canowindra Tigers.
This weekend Canowindra will host the primary final at Tom Clyburn Oval. In under 18’s Cowra will take on Orange United Warriors. The Canowindra Tigresses League tag team will take on Molong, and in first grade the Canowindra Tigers play the minor premiers Cowra which will be a game not to be missed.
