An unfortunate game for the Youth League boys as they were unable to gain a win with the final score being 54 – 6 Peak Hill’s way. With only 10 Canowindra players arriving at Peak Hill, the boys knew they were in for a tough game. 4 players are still out due to injuries although hopefully a full team will be gained within the next few weeks. All players were awarded one point for their effort on the day and the Players Player went to Curtis Hughes for scoring the only try for Canowindra and for stepping up to do as much as he could for his team to push forward. Also great work to the Youth League boys who backed up for First Grade and were able to play with a successful full team. Great work to Canowindra Youth League.
