Learn The Art Of Healing This Weekend

20 March, 2024 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

It all begins at The Palms Market this Friday.

The return of The Palms Markets this Friday will also signal the start of The Art of Healing weekend in Canowindra. The weekend will offer a range of amazing experiences for you to discover; from cooking and art classes to mediatation, massage and mediums.

The highlight of the festival will be Wine & Spirits – an evening that will tantalize your taste buds with a two course dinner and wine on arrival at Rosnay. Including an amazing live show featuring medium Danuelle and beautiful live music from Emily Reynolds a local Cowra Musician.

Join Robyn Lynch, Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner of nearly 20 years, for a lunchtime Ayurvedic Cooking Class on Saturday. Then on Sunday, join the Bush Goddess for Forage and Feast. Feast with your eyes, fingertips and taste buds as you forage in Penni’s garden, prepare a sumptuous lunch with locally grown ingredients and create a natural masterpiece for the feasting table

Freshly back from a three week spiritual pilgrimage in India, Robyn Lynch also invites you to share with her a two and a half hour journey of nourishing Yoga and Meditation, Saturday afternoon. If massage is more your thing, Niki has you covered on both Saturday and Sunday. Specialising in Deep Tissue/Relaxation massages with an intuitive touch of energy work.

Nurture your creative side with Expressive Watercolour Painting on Saturday and bask in the illuminating guidance of Peter Larsen as he provides personalised mentorship. Or choose to be guided in creating your very own hand-painted wooden sign. Learn the art of slowing down while you enjoy the mindfulness of painting with Mindful Sign Making. You may prefer the Paint It Out! Expressive Art Workshop on Sunday and explore ways of expressing visually how you feel with paint and colour. Also on Sunday is Vision and Sip at Rosnay Cellar Door which will highlight the connection between vision boards and art therapy.

Book today at www.thepalmscanowindra.com.au as there are limited numbers for these wonderful things to immerse yourselves in for the art of healing, enjoy!
