On Friday the 1st of March Canowindra High School bid farewell to Mick and Sue Vitnell. Mick has been part of the fabric of the school, having worked there for an amazing 40 years, always with a cheeky smile and a wicked sense of humour.
He helped with school events and refereed for many years in league and touch football. Mick spoke about the enormous change that he and Sue have seen over the years and reminisced about escapades and practical jokes from the early days.
Congratulations on your well earned retirement and best of luck in your next adventure on the Gold Coast with family. You will be missed by your many friends and colleagues in Canowindra.
