On Saturday 31st May, the mixed foursome round 1 was held. Sponsors were Golf Ladies. Seven teams entered the competition and winners on the day were Rowley & Ros with a net 73. Runners up were Don & Rhonda Ward with a net 76. Round 2 will be played next Saturday.
On Sunday 1st the Holden Scramble was to be played but due to the bad weather we had to postpone it to Sunday 29th June. We held a social nine hole comp after lunch and the winner was Jake Devlin, runner up was Paul Jeffress on a countback from Bill Flannery.
Thanks to Maxine, Rhonda and Maureen for cooking the BBQ and making the salads for lunch. Thanks to Greg Hamilton and James Wythes from Hamo Engineering for their contribution towards the repairs on the clubs equipment.
