Hopefully everyone has a nice time over the holidays. Social bowls has been well supported with Thursdays and Fridays drawing great numbers. Congratulations to the organisers for job well done.
This Friday as part of twilight bowls there will be novelty events during the night.There is a BBQ for bowlers and it is available for other guest at a small fee.
The annual major bowls event will be held on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th January. The anniversary Triples have some vacancy for the event. The Worboys Memorial pairs have been filled, which is great news.
In local bowls we are now calling for entries for Major and Minor Singles and pairs events. Nominations will be open for three weeks with first round in the second week of February.
