Christmas Sunday Session At The Bowlo

Canowindra Music & Events Co. presents a ‘Christmas Sunday Session at The Bowlo’ featuring Orange’s Jack Daintith, this Sunday 17th December, 3-6pm at Canowindra Bowling Club.

Enjoy free live music with all the trimmings. Grab some raffle tickets for your chance to win meat trays, vouchers and Christmas ham, get your shoes off for the ‘roll-up’ for cash prizes, there is an art/craft table for the kids and support the men’s bowls team by purchasing a sausage sandwich. It wouldn’t be a Christmas special without a visit from Santa on the fire truck at 5pm.

Performer Jack Daintith is a man of many talents. A teacher, musical theatre performer, marathon runner and after surviving an horrific push bike accident several years ago, he got back on bike, tuned his guitar and now performs his favourite music to the crowds of the Central West. Jack says “I love singing the classics such as Sweet Caroline, Khe Sanh, American Pie, as well as others such as My Girl and Blame it on the Boogie!”.

Jack recently made his professional stage debut in the sold out Muriel’s Wedding The Musical at the Lyric Theatre in Sydney however “my favourite role has been playing the UPS Guy in Orange Theatre Company’s Legally Blonde. It was a great role that brought a lot of laughter to the audience!”.
