The Canowindra Progress Association is proudly bringing to the town, The Canowindra Christmas Shopping Night which is once again coming up on 24th November, and this year, Gaskill Street will be closed off in celebration.
From 4pm on 24th November, Gaskill Street will have no access to vehicles except for bump in purposes for the market stalls holders that will be setting up on Gaskill Street.
The Palms will have special activities happening on their site with compost workshops, a bar, amongst other activities.
Up on the street there will be market stall holders, food stalls, and live entertainment. Over at the Age Of Fishes Museum, there will be a free roadside BBQ and there will also be free entry to the Museum on the day.
All this kicks off at 5pm and will run until 9pm. Gaskill Street will reopen to traffic at 9:30pm.
Currently, the Canowindra Progress Association is taking applications for market stalls and are calling for producers and makers of crafts, arts, produce, food stalls and everything in between.
