League Tag … Canowindra vs. Eugowra

The Eugowra girls have highly improved since Canowindra beat them in the first round of this season, although the Tigresses weren’t expecting a 14 – 4 loss. The Tigresses pushed through and chased down the Geagles, displaying some fantastic effort and determination. Canowindra had a small number of reserves, and Captain Madi Vitnell was hospitalised with a head injury within the first 15 minutes of the game. Luckily Vice-Captain Krystal Coker was able to step up and keep the team moving after losing Madi, Krystal also scored the only try for Canowindra. This week the Tigresses have four Player Players as the following girls could not have been differentiated as they all put in an equal amount of effort in defence and attack. Congratulations to Bonny Wythes for her second consecutive week, and also to Erin Coles, Krystal Coker and Ashley Mclean.
