Mid Lachlan Land Care have had some requests to run another Fungi Survey/search in the Cabonne/ Cowra region. They are hoping to run a survey on Tuesday 30th May up in Conimbla National Park for anyone who would like to participate.
Please note this is a very casual event and there will not be any fungi experts with us but we will still be able to have fun and record any fungi found. It will also be a chance to lookout for any Autumn Orchids as well as anything else interesting we might find.
So, if you’re keen for a morning in Conimbla National Park please reply to this email and let me know by Sunday 28th. That will give me time to work out where it might be best to visit depending on numbers. Once a location has been found, it will be emailed to the participants.
It will be a bring your own everything event and will run from approximately 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Fingers crossed we might see or at least hear some Glossy Black Cockatoos while we are scouting about as well.
