Tommy Jeffs is hoping to see Montrose House once again filled to the brim, with guests for Australias Biggest Morning Tea.
Join the Canowindra CWA at Montrose House on Thursday, 1st June for Canowindra’s Biggest Morning Tea.
Delicious food prepared by the CWA ladies will be beautifully presented in the formal dining room of Montrose House.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, with the CWA ladies and Tommy Jeffs hoping it will be bigger than last year. With close to $600 raised last year, Tommy and the CWA ladies hope to beat that figure. Funds raised on the day will be donated to assist in cancer research.
In its 30th year, Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is a community event that raises vital funds to make a big difference for those impacted by cancer.
With everyone knowing someone who has experienced a cancer journey, fundraising events like Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is vital to not only raising much needed funds, but offering compassion and support to those affected by cancer.
The morning tea offers a chance for people to reach out and chat if cancer is affecting them or someone they know.
“Every day, we support people impacted by cancer when they need it most, speak out on behalf of the community on cancer issues, empower people to reduce their cancer risk, and find new ways to better detect and treat cancer,” said a spokesperson for Cancer Council Australia.
So, keep Thursday 1st June free and head on down to Montrose House to support Canowindra’s Biggest Morning Tea. Friends, families and workmates are all welcome to come along. No RSVP required and all food will be provided by the CWA.
