On Monday, 8th May the CWA will host a special morning tea to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III.
As part of their monthly friendship morning tea, the CWA will host a High Tea to celebrate the Coronation.
The CWA welcomes everyone to come along and celebrate, men and children are also invited to attend.
This will be “High Tea” style with beautifully presented savoury and sweet morsels of food on beautiful, tiered plates, just like their successful June 2022 Jubilee High Tea celebration.
Royal pancakes will be just one of the foods on offer. There is no need to bring anything, but you are more than welcome to bring a plate to share if you like.
The CWA would love you to dress for the occasion – in your best frocks, best hats and gloves, but only if you want to!
If you’re new to town come along and join us, the ladies would love to meet you.
The event is free, though if you wish to make a donation to CWA it would be gratefully accepted.
CWA holds this event for the community on the second Monday of the month, and transport can be arranged if needed.
