The Pythons played in their second round of the season on Saturday, 15th April against the Yeoval Eagles. Although not the result they were hoping for, the Pythons went down to the Eagles 26-12.
The Pythons were down 2 tries but were quick to come back with a try scored by Carter Dale and converted by Conor Lamond. With only one sub on the bench, the Pythons had an exhausting, hard-hitting game and managed to get a second try scored by Tobias Fren. An unsuccessful conversion brought their point scoring to an end.
Three points an players player went to Hugh Breen, two points went to Tobias Fren and one point when to Angus Fisher.
The Pythons have their first home game this Saturday at Tom Clyburn Oval against the Trangie Tigers, so head up to the oval to watch the Pythons hit it out.
