Travelling bowlers performed well last weekend with Fitz’s, Barney and Jones winning their first game at Narromine in the reserve zone triples. The following day during their second game, Jones had to retire due a back issue.
At the senior triples at Cowra, Roger, Peter and Phill started well but were run down by a team from Cowra.
The Fours and Pairs championship for the club are now called for, with a sheet on the notice board. Entries close Monday, 20th February.
The 7’s travel to Forbes and the 6’s have the bye. Good luck to the players in the Zone 4 fours games this weekend. Social bowls Thursday 2pm. Friday night, names by 6pm and Sunday afternoon by 2pm.
