Local cricketer Spencer Marckcrow is hoping to gain sponsorship to travel to Ballina for PSSA Cricket.
A trivia night fundraiser will be held on Thursday, 9th February for Canowindra Public School cricketer, Spencer Markcrow. Spencer has been selected to play in the 2023 Western District cricket team. Spencer and his team mates are heading to Ballina for a week in March to compete in the NSW Primary Schools Sports Association (PSSA) state titles.
Canowindra Music and Events Co. are hosting a trivia night to raise funds for the associated travel costs, plus contributing to the Canowindra Junior Cricket Club. Tickets are $15 per person, go solo or bring a team (max. 8 per team). The night will begin at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
