Emily Thomas threw a personal best at the NSW Throwers Competition held in Sydney.
Canowindra’s own Emily Thomas travelled to Sydney last weekend to compete in the NSW Throwers competition. Emily threw a Personal Best (PB) of 47.77. Emily is putting in all the hard yards to compete in Adelaide in December at the All Schools National’s.
Coach Ernie Shankelton has had a big few months with his athlete’s bringing home medals and PB’S. The latest being Alex Rice (Canowindra) with a Gold Medal and Patrick Rowston (Cowra) Silver at the PSSA State Title’s.
