Last Sunday the first round of Pennants was played. Canowindra 1 defeated Eugowra 10 to nil while Canowindra 2 went down to Manildra 9.5 to .5.

Sunday August 14: Second round of Pennants. Canowindra 1 play Parkes Rail- way 2 at Parkes. Teams are – C Rooke, P Lees, D Beath and R Fitzgerald. P Taylor, T Tuimauga, A Robson and M Lawrence. B Rooke, B Lees, R Traves and D Crowe. Canowindra 2 play Parkes Railway 1 at home. Teams are – T Mooney, B Church, T Hoy and I Nelder. M Wright, D Watt, M Traves and B Bourke. N Knight, J Webb, H Webb and T Fisher.
Wednesday badge draw will be $450, Friday badge draw will be $1,100 and Sunday badge draw will be $600. Don’t forget Bingo this Thursday at 11am.
