Raffle Winner: The winner of the St Edward’s Year 6 wood raffle was Spencer Douglass. Thank you to the community for supporting the recent St Edward’s wood raffle to raise money for the end of year gift to the school from Year 6.
Closed Monday’s: Muzzy’s Quality Meats will no longer be opening on a Monday due to family commitments starting from 1st August. New hours are: Monday – Closed, Tuesday to Friday -7.30am – 5.30pm and Saturday – 8.00am – 12noon.
Bambini Playgroup: Is on every Monday during the school term from 9.30-11.30am at St Edward’s School Hall. The Playgroup is for children aged 0-5 along with their parents or carers. For more information contact Sabrina on 0450 690 860 or Lydia on 0423 915 633.

Canowindra Library Hours Trial Continues: Canowindra Library have been testing out some new hours. The Library is open Tuesday 2pm – 5pm, Thursday 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm and Friday 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm. The Library would love to know if these new times suit you better? This is a 3 month trial and the Library need your feedback to make any permanent changes. Call in and visit or call on 6344 1796 to provide your feedback.
Swap Meet: The Canowindra Pony Club will host the annual swap meet this Sunday 7th August at Canowindra Showground. Gates open at 6.30am on Sunday morning. For bookings and information call Karen on 0428 442 404.
Palms Twilight Markets: It is time to dust off your fingerless gloves, get out the crimper and pull on your leg warmers! The last winter twilight market for 2022 will be held on Friday 19th August and the crowd will be entertained by 80s tunes mixed live on old school vinyl. Head along to “The Palms” in Gaskill Street for art, food, wine, craft and live tunes from 4pm.
