On Saturday 16th July Round 2 of the 36 Hole Mixed Foursomes Championships was conducted, sponsored by Goonigal Poll Dorsets. The winners were Eileen Wilson and Doug Flannery with a score of 180.Eileen and Doug were also the nettwinners with a score of 76.5.
On Sunday 17th July an 18 Hole Stroke event was held for the July Monthly Medal, sponsored by Mark Grant. The winner of the day was Doug Flannery with a score of nett 75 and the runner up was Chuck Lawrence with a score of nett 78. The July medal winner was David Carman.
Despite the cold conditions there was a good turnout of 45 golfers who played in the CWD Veterans Day on Monday 18th July.
This Sunday 24th July an 18 Hole Foursomes event will be played sponsored by Weldx Fabrications.
