Library Excursion: The children of Canowindra Pre-School had an excursion to the local library last week. A big thank you to Rossanne the Canowindra Librarian who read stories and did craft with the children, as well as showed them how to borrow a book. Little ones can join Rossanne for Thursday morning Story Time at 10.15am during school terms at the Library in Gaskill Street.
Twilight Markets: The mid-winter Twilight Markets will be held at The Palms (33 Gaskill Street) on Friday 15th July from 4-8pm with a combination of arts, music and food on offer, head along and check them out!
Taxi Service Reduces Hours: After 15 years of operation Con from Canowindra Taxi Service will be slowing down. The new hours for the taxi are from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Arrangements can still be made for bus pick-ups for parties and weddings though. Con would like to thank everyone for coming along for a ride!

Active Kids Voucher: The NSW Government is helping kids get active with the Active Kids program. The Active Kids program provides two $100 vouchers for parents, guardians and carers of school-enrolled children to use towards sport and active recreation costs each year.
