Canowindra vs. Grenfell, Friday 2nd May – A slow start for Canowindra but luckily Jayden Brown was able to score a try as they went into half time. The half time score was 18 – 4 Grenfell’s way as Canowindra needed some wise words from their Coach and Trainers. Canowindra came flying into the second half and stood together and were able to match the score board to 18 all. The intensity grew as both sides defended and pushed themselves closer to the try line although neither teams were able to score anymore points. The coach of the Grenfell Goannas stated that the Canowindra players have very high spirits and they are a credit to their town. Congratulations to Kain Earsman for his second consecutive win of Players Player, his control of the game is fantastic as he pushes himself to motivate his team mates.
