Canowindra vs. Grenfell Saturday 3rd May – Luke Watt opened the account for the pythons, with a kick down field and scoring a spectacular try swinging the game in favour of Canowindra. Todd Wyburn ended up with the ball and dived through for another 5 pointer. Grenfell came out with more vigour in the second half and were able to score. Todd Wyburn was again diving over the try line after a quick tap from Chris Noble. A few rucks later Canowindra were on the attack again and Luke found the try line again for another 5 pointer. In an incredible effort by the boys especially Stu Russell, Jack Beath and Mark Brown the boys fell short on the score board 32-20. McClintocks Best and fairest points for the day was a hard choice but 3 points went to Luke Watt, 2 points to captain Dan Bowd and 1 point went to Dude Williams and Toddy Wyburn. This weekend the boys plays host to Condo with kick off at 315pm.
