Maz and Lakey from the Hit Network Radio Show were in Canowindra last week to broadcast live from the Balloon Joy Flights hot air balloon with Anton Kerr.

Sewer Line Investigation: JR Richards & Sons are working on behalf of Cabonne Council to conduct sewer line investigation works in the Canowindra area. The work schedule commenced on Tuesday 19th April and will continue until Thursday 5th May 2022 from 7am-5pm on weekdays only. There should be little to no disruptions to households in town, however it is possible the cleaning process may cause a backflow of air into the toilet. It is encouraged that you leave the toilet lid down and the toilet door closed. In the event where the cleaning process empties the toilet bowl, simply flush the toilet to refill it. Swap Meet: The Lions Club of Cudal Cargo and District will be holding its annual Swap Meet this Sunday April 24th at the park in the main street of Cudal next to the Corden’s Store building. Traders will be welcome to start setting up from 6am and the Lions catering van will be providing breakfast from 7am. Stallholders fees will be $10 per site and buyers/lookers are free to attend. Twilight Market: The Palms Twilight Markets will be held this Friday 22nd April from 4-8pm in Gaskill St. There will be Art, Crafts, Food, Fresh Local Produce and Live Music.
