Central West Throwers

It was a great competition for four athletes who went to the NSW Throwers Club last Sunday.

Samantha Peace in discus throwing 46.06. Zoe Daniels also threw the discus, throwing 41.67. Zoe also competed on Friday night throwing a region record of 42.55 and a personal best.

Mollie Blackman competed in the 3kg hammer throw and threw a PB of 42.08.

Emily Thomas from Canowindra went 3m over her PB to throw 45.32m. Emily now competes this weekend in Canberra in the ACT State Championships.
