The 2022 Supagas Canowindra International Balloon Challenge is set to have two huge Saturday events.
In 2022, the Supagas Canowindra International Balloon Challenge will play host to two major events. Saturday 2 April, the Enliven Festival will take place with the biggest line up of Australian musicians that Canowindra has ever played host to, with Jon Stevens and Eskimo Joe along with local artists The Robbie Mortimer Band and Clancy Pye and Country musician up and comer James Johnston joining them on stage. Saturday 9 April, The Cabonne Community Glow will entertain families and have children enthralled with the hot air balloons coming alive for another year along with the headline act of James Johnston and Neil Gill providing the music.

The Committee and organisers of this huge week are on the lookout for food vendors to come along and provide great food to match the great entertainment that will be on offer for both Saturdays in April.
“The opportunity that is there for a food vendor, is to book in via our ticketing portal and provide a range of food options,” Andrew Pull, President of the Supagas Canowindra International Balloon Challenge, said.
“We would love to see both community groups and charity organisations, including sporting groups and clubs, take up a vendor stand alongside a range of food businesses, and be able to raise some much-needed funds.”
The expected crowd numbers for each separate event will be in the vicinity of 8,000 people plus, coming from all over the Central West to celebrate Balloon Week in Canowindra.
