When we are in the midst of a hectic day in which we are pulled in so many different directions that we lose sight of ourselves, nothing slows us down and grounds us more than a simple meal and time with our family.
Sitting around the table as a family unites us as one, and is an opportunity to reconnect and unwind. By creating communication and being able to reflect on the events of the day, is important for our health, well being and for our children.
