Cowra Bus Service is proposing to introduce a return passenger service between Canowindra and Cowra.
The service would operate every second week on Wednesdays, departing Cowra at 9:20am and arriving in Canowindra by 9:50am. This will provide an opportunity for the Cowra community to visit Canowindra for up to four hours.
Canowindra passengers would depart Canowindra at 9:50am to arrive in Cowra at 10:20am and depart again at 1:40pm allowing customers approximately three and a half hours in Cowra.
Fares would be in line with NSW Passenger Transport fares including Adult, Pensioner and RED tickets. A RED ticket can also be used on the day to travel on the Hail and Ride service in Cowra
The timetable and a document to sign are accessible at Canowindra Home and Community Care. Should the Canowindra community wish to support this service, it is important that community members do so by signing this document to indicate to NSW Government that the service will be utilised.
