Hello and a happy new year to all in Canowindra from Al and Deb Symons!
We hit the road in December for Christmas with my brother at Woodgate near Bundaberg. We had a great time. From there we were to go across to Adelaide for my Aunt’s 100th birthday but due to the South Australia border closure, we had to cancel. We then headed up through Rockhampton and on out to Lake Maraboon at Emerald looking for freshwater barramundi and yellowbelly but no luck. We went further out west to Longreach for a week and then up to Mount Isa. By Thursday 21st, we were heading into the middle of the Northern Territory and on down to Alice Springs for a week. Eventually will get to Adelaide to see my Aunt, albeit a very long way around.
