The Canowindra Junior Tigers came up against a very well drilled Forbes outfit who have not been defeated this season. The boys effort was tremendous but failed to contain the stronger opponents and went down 52 to 4.
When the Tigers got more aggressive in their defence they were able to put the Forbes team under pressure, but lacked consistency in this area. The boys will train twice a week now to gain more condition and work on their teamwork and structure.
