Result of one match played on Tuesday, 18th February. Major Singles 1st round: Jenny Middleton defeated Moyna Rue 25-14. Thanks to the marker Jeanette Wheeldon.
Two social games were played: Julie Wythes, Penny Nash and Dianne Mooney defeated Leanne Stevenson, Daph Bryant and Betty Jenkins 26-7. Marion Wilson, Libby Balcombe and Colleen Crump defeated Linda Miller, Jill Messenger and Deanna Noble 28-15. The Lucky Draw was won by Christine Pickard with No. 15.
Nancy Morrow won the Gwenneth Rice Trophy, Nancy was defeated in the main round of the District Singles, so was required to play the lower grade, the same occurred to Deanna Noble.
One match has been drawn to be played on Tuesday, 25th February. Major Singles 1st round: Libby Balcombe v Daph Bryant and Marker – L West.
