How long have you lived in or around Canowindra and what is the best thing about living here? I have lived in Canowindra for 11 years, I grew up on a farm outside of Cowra, moving into town when I left school. I like the people of Canowindra; they are very friendly and welcoming.
Where do you work or what do you do currently and what do you enjoy about it? I work at Canowindra Produce part-time and occasionally at St Edwards Primary School in the office. I enjoy working at Canowindra Produce as it’s my husband’s family business and I enjoy being a part of it, and learning about what they do. Working at the school is wonderful, the kids are a lot of fun and I’m learning new skills.
What is your favourite thing to do when you have spare time? Read and watch Netflix shows with the family and spend time with our horses.
What makes you proud? My family.
If you could be an animal which one would you choose and why? A horse – they are beautiful, energetic and can run fast!!
What is your all-time favourite movie, song and/or book and why? Favourite book would be the “Little Women” series. It’s a great story about 4 very different young women.
What is on your bucket list? Going on an extended trip to Canada with my family, we are saving!!
What are you really good at? Haven’t worked it out yet!
Tell us about your best holiday ever? A holiday in the U.K with Mark before we were married was just amazing but I have had a few nice holidays in Australia with Mark and the kids, we are very lucky.
What makes your day? Spending the last couple of hours of the day with my family doing whatever.
