Cabonne Accepts Oberon’s MoMentous Movember Challenge: Cabonne Mayor Kevin Beatty has accepted a Momentous challenge from his Oberon counterpart Kathy Sajowitz to see which council can raise the most money during Movember. Cr Beatty said Cabonne was happy to accept Oberon’s challenge and, although it may be a hard task, he expects Cabonne to win by a whisker. Cr Beatty said the Movember challenge wasn’t confined to men growing moustaches. “Women and those follicly challenged can participate by Moving for Movember by walking or running 60km over the month – that’s 60km for the 60 men lost through suicide every hour around the world,” he said.
