SEMI-FINAL CLUB FOURS CHAMPIONSHIP – Marion Wilson, Leanne Stevenson, Moyna Rue and Libby Balcombe defeated Nancy Morrow, Deanna Noble, Colleen Crump and Jo Davies 25-11.
CLUB TRIPLES CHAMPIONSHIP – 1st round Daph Bryant, Christine Pickard and Gwen Haydon defeated Joice McNaught, Joyce Middleton and Penny Nash 20-16.
There were two social games played. Julie Wythes and Betty Jenkins defeated Shirley Robson, Linda Miller and Dianne Mooney 26-16. Liz Thornberry and Jill Messenger defeated Lorne Burgess and Sandy McDonald 19-16.
The Lucky Draw was won by Liz Thornberry with No. 23. The Points Score for May was won by Colleen Crump and Betty Jenkins.
I made an error in last week’s news, it should have read two Canowindra teams will be competing in the District Senior Fours at Parkes Railway Diggers, not the District Fours.
