Canowindra PythoNettie in association with Cowra Netball Association are inviting everyone to come and try Fast 5 Netball! The Fast 5 Fun Day will be held on Saturday 30th March from 10am – 5pm at the Canowindra Sports Ground.
Teams are maximum of 8 players with all age groups welcome. Games are 5 minute quarters with a 1 minute break at ¼ and ¾ time and a 3 minute break at half time.
