Healthy, Happy And High Functioning

26 September, 2018 By Canowindra Phoenix Editor

Exercise is the essential ingredient to achieving all of the above key indicators to a fruitful life. Why is it that people in rural communities are statistically more at risk of suffering from an array of chronic diseases and injuries and dying younger than our metropolitan and regional peers?

The answer geography. Access to sustainable health services all too often falls short in rural and remote communities, resulting in a poorer opportunity to experience a long and healthy life.

The PHYZ X 2U mobile clinic led by directors Justin Johnson and Angela Hubbard and the team of passionate physios and exercise physiologists will be coming to Canowindra on Wednesday 24th October to provide assessment, support and customised treatment plans to suit individual needs. Between the visits to Canowindra the coaching and support team will contact you weekly to ensure you are progressing with your health and wellbeing goals.

Whatever your needs are; be it getting started, maintaining or progressing your activity and health plans PHYZ X are here to support you. To book an appointment visit www.phyzx2u.com.au
