On a very cold and wet Sunday afternoon the Canowindra Tigers won the three grades against Peak Hill. This has the Senior Grade in fourth place on the ladder the Juniors in second place and League Tag in sixth place.
The Tigers were in control of the game for 70 out of the 80 minutes. Peak Hill late in the first half scored two tries out wide to narrow the gap but failed to convert. The Tigers led at half time 14-8, and then Canowindra stretched the lead to 20 points with an individual try to newcomer Lachlan Robinson to score under the post
Canowindra Tigers gained control of the game with strong performances from Willson, Hughes, Brown and Clyburn. Try scorers were Jayden Brown 2, Reagan Hughes 2, Lachlan Robinson 2, Brodie Friend 1.
