Ian Simpson and Co Forbes will add to their local growth by opening a Real Estate Agency in Canowindra in early 2018. Ian Simpson will be partnering with local, Cheryl Newsom, who as many will know was the Publisher of the Canowindra Phoenix for four years and was recently elected as a Councillor to Cabonne Council.
Cheryl said, “I am delighted with this opportunity, having recently studied for my Real Estate Licence. I have known Ian since we launched the Forbes Phoenix and we have a great working relationship already established. This new opening will build on this. Ian Simpson and Co have offices in Forbes, Condobolin, and will soon open in other towns in Central NSW. Ian has been in real estate now for 10 years and the agency sells residential homes, rural properties, water and also offers property management.”
